VT Cosmetics Cica Mild Toner Pads (130ml) are multi-purpose toner pads which help to even out skin texture while balancing the skin.

They have been infused with Cicalioa, a combination of Centella Asiatica Extract, Centella 4X Complex and 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid to soothe and strengthen dry and troubled skin. The pads also contain BHA (Betaine Salicylate) which gently exfoliates away dead skin cells, excess sebum and other impurities in your pores. The acid level of the pads matches the natural acidity level of your skin, preserving its pH balance. The dual-sided pads have an embossed cotton surface on one side ensuring that they closely follow the facial contours, peeling and smoothing texture.
