Return Policy

At Xposier, we want you to love every beauty buy. But if something isn’t quite right, don’t worry — returns are simple.

How It Works

  • You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you’d like to return it.

  • Once confirmed, you’ll have another 14 days to send the products back.

Who Covers the Cost

  • If your order arrived incorrect or faulty, we’ll cover the return costs.

  • For all other returns, you’ll be responsible for postage. Please make sure you keep proof of postage, as we can’t take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Condition of Returns

  • Items must be in their original, sealed packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

  • If products are returned damaged, incomplete, or without packaging, we may deduct a fee from your refund.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, grooming, or electrical products if the hygiene seal/tag has been broken or the product shows signs of use — unless faulty.

Processing Time

  • We aim to process returns within 5 working days of receiving your parcel.

  • Faulty items should be returned in a clean condition to help our returns team safely review them.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us before disposing of it — we may need it returned at our expense.
