Directions of use:

• Cleanser - cleanse daily, morning and evening. Apply to fingertips and gently massage onto the face and neck using circular motions. Rinse with lukewarm water or remove with a flannel dampened in warm water, then pat dry.
• Mask - apply the mask twice weekly or as often as needed to exfoliate and calm the skin. Leave on for 5-7 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Incorporate into your weekly skincare routine for best results.
• Moisturiser - cleanse and tone the skin using the appropriate SP Skincare products. Apply a small amount to the face and neck using gentle upward movements until fully absorbed.
