Manic Panic Creamtone Perfect Pastel Hair Colour Velvet Violet (118ml) is a medium, blue velvet semi-permanent hair colour cream. Vegan-friendly and free from peroxide, ammonia and parabens, this vivid hair colour is formulated with a conditioning cream base and replenishes the hair with increased hydration and softness.

Lasting up to 6 weeks, Manic Panic is a direct colour, requiring no mixing and is packaged in a resealable tub for prolonged use. Completely cruelty-free.

Directions of use:

• Perform a strand and skin patch test to confirm colour selection and to test for allergies.
• For optimum results with Creamtone Perfect Pastel shades, pre-lighten the hair to an even level 10 platinum blonde using Manic Panic Flash Lightning 30 or 40vol.
• Shampoo with a deep cleansing shampoo, do not condition and dry the hair thoroughly.
• Apply the product generously from a tint bowl using a tint brush and avoiding contact with the scalp.
• Comb through and cover with a plastic cap.
• Leave for 30 minutes or longer.
• Process with heat for increased intensity.
• Rinse well with cool or cold water to lock in colour.
