Healthspan Super Strength Omega 3 1200mg (60 Capsules) contains a highly concentrated, refined and sustainably sourced fish oil to support brain, heart and eye health. Omega 3 fish oils contain Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) and Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA), two long-chain fatty acids that are considered to be the most beneficial types of Omega 3.
