Celeb Luxury Viral Pastel Baby Blue ColourWash (244ml) is a daily hydrating shampoo, containing plant-based ingredients, which uses your hair's natural porosity to refresh, maintain and deposit baby blue colour. It contains Bond Rebuilder to strengthen, repair and combat damage caused by bleaching and colouring processes.

It effectively refreshes, maintains and instils colour on bleached and colour-processed, palest blonde hair in 2 -5 minutes, intensifying the effect with daily use. Browns and all colours that have balayage or bleached highlights will achieve the same colours as on pale blonde hair.
