The metallised glass has been hand-blown by glass artisans and has been delicately painted using a platinum tint. Metallisation is an intricate and delicate decorative operation performed on glass. A precious-metal-based paint is applied with a brush, covering the entire glass surface. The glass is then heat-treated in a very high-temperature furnace, creating the stunning shine and mirror effects. The glazed ceramic cap, both matte and bright, has been delicately decorated with a lozenge motif which references tribal patterns.
