Directions of Use:

• On a sunbed - apply all over your body within 10 minutes of your sunbed session for optimal results.
• While sunbathing - apply your SPF20 minutes prior to sun exposure. Layer Australian Gold Gelee with Hemp immediately before sun exposure.
